How it's done
The order matters.
Thorough cleaning
Foam, wash, iron and tar removal, clay. A coating over contamination is a coating over dirt.
Paint correction
Swirls and light scratches are polished out first. What gets coated is what you will look at for years.
Application
Panel by panel, levelled by hand, in the shade. Wheels, glass, trim and lights on the 3-year tier and up.
Cure and inspect
A final inspection under light before the car is handed back, and a plain aftercare sheet so the warranty holds.

Is ceramic worth it on a daily driver?
If you plan to keep the car three years or more, usually yes. Washes get easier, road film rinses off, and the paint you have now is the paint you keep.
What does 'with proper maintenance' mean?
Regular hand washes, no tunnel washes, and no abrasive polish over the coating. The aftercare sheet spells it out.
How long is the car out of service?
Usually a full day, and it is best left overnight before rain. Confirmed when we book.
