Most of what looks like faded paint is scratched clear coat. Polishing removes a few microns of it and brings the colour back, which is why an 18-year-old CR-V can look close to the day it left the lot.

How it's done
The order matters.
Inspect under light
Swirls only show under a hard light source. The car is inspected, and the paint measured, before a pad touches it.
Test spot
One section of one panel, corrected, so you can see exactly what the rest of the car will look like.
Correct
One or two machine stages depending on the paint. Slow. Nothing is taken that does not need to be.
Protect
Corrected paint is bare. It gets sealed, or coated, the same day.
Questions
Asked before every booking.
Can you remove every scratch?
No. If a fingernail catches in it, it is through the clear coat and needs paint, not polish. You will be told that at the test spot, not after.
Why no price online?
Because a black car with ten years of tunnel washes and a garaged weekend car are different jobs. The test spot sets an honest number.
