How it's done
The order matters.
Empty it and vacuum everything
Under the seats, between the rails, the trunk, the mats. Most of what smells lives where a quick vacuum never reaches.
Steam every hard surface
Steam lifts what wipes smear around, and it does it without soaking the electronics.
Shampoo and extract
Cloth and carpet get shampooed and hot-water extracted, so the dirt leaves the car instead of moving deeper into the foam.
Condition and protect
Leather cleaned and conditioned, UV protectant on the dash and door tops so they stop fading in the Maryland sun.

Asked before every booking.
Can you get the smell out?
Usually, because the smell is a source, not a surface. Spills are extracted, not covered. If something has soaked into foam, you will hear that honestly before the work starts.
Pet hair?
Yes. It is quoted from photos because a Golden Retriever's back seat and a Chihuahua's are not the same job.
How long?
About three hours for Revitalize, less for Premium. Confirmed when we book.
